The beauty of this 4K relaxation video is that, unlike the content we are used to on the YouTube platform, this work is not looped. Our filmmaker Roman Khomlyak created a series of videos shot in his backyard for two reasons. First, to test an affordable vintage lens on his Sony A7S II camera and see the result. And secondly, to let everyone has the opportunity to experience the beauty of summer and the tranquility of the private backyard, even if they are in the middle of a busy office building, and it's cold, dampness, and dirt outside.
What is the point of using vintage lenses, you may ask? Look carefully at this video. You see a nice blur instead of a hard contrast. It is this blurry effect that the vantage lens gives. When you look at your HD screen, your eyes won't get tired of the high sharpness of the image, you can just relax and enjoy the living picture with the bokeh effect on your TV. In conjunction with the lens, a Black Diffusion Filter was used that adds haziness to the frames.
Roman used his Sony A7S II camera for this work. The camera is not new, but Roman uses it to shoot relaxation, as it is economical in terms of memory space. This video, unlike the usual variety of similar content on YouTube, is not looped. Roman set up the camera on a tripod in his backyard, set up filters, Automatic Exposure, and started recording until the camera's battery ran out. Automatic Exposure allows the camera to adjust the required brightness of the frame itself, regardless of how the ambient light changes.
At the same time while the camera was filming this video, Roman was working in his office and minding his own business. You can do the same - go about your business, work, study, read or do your hobbies, while a virtual window in the summer backyard helps you, creating the necessary pleasant atmosphere around.
It is this non-looped video format that allows you not only to see a beautiful picture but to really watch what is happening in the backyard almost in real-time. Use this 4K relax video as a TV screensaver and instead of a boring TV screen you will get a window to the backyard on a summer day!
